A Welsh adaptation of The Queen's Birthday Hat (Colour Young Puffin). The queen doesn't want any fancy slippers or fancy necklaces for her birthday. What she'd really like is a new garden hat. The royal hatters make four special hats, but the queen doesn't like any of them. Then she spies the perfect garden hat on the donkey's head.
